The RZ 85-3 Exquisit ?

Post by ChrHtg »

Hi,
What can you tell me about this version ? Is PVC hull really weak ? The wood of the frame supports there seawater ? What is the general quality of the boat relative to other RZ -85 ? Is the assembly / disassembly easy enough ? And for use at sea , is a good kayak ? Thanks for your advice !

Pouch has made many good boats. PVC is a good hull material.

But note:
Avoid, at all events, the Exquisit /2 and /3 version that is inferior processes (especially the ribs). The ribs are not resistant to seawater.

The best version of the RZ85:

Realistic ebay-prices in Germany for well-preserved boats (depending on accessories): 250 up to 500 EURO; outside ebay often cheaper...
