I receive my RZ85. Finally i take a Exquisit-2, it came from Germany, with a segel and a old tummler's motor. (For 800€). I mount it and all is perfect.
I just noticed a wear point on the hull. Should i repair it and how would you do ? I was thinking of just putting gray sikaflex to protect this scratch , is it a good idea or a patch is better? For stocking did you roll the hull or fold it ? Thanks for help :)

Congratulations on the find!
Is the sail (segel = sail) the standard Pouch set up?
The Tummler motors were certainly popular and a lot of them and their parts appear on the German eBay. Two cycle, correct?
About the hull scratch: If it goes into the fabric, I would patch with PVC. If just superficial, a urethane sealer such as Sikaflex might be fine. I have had trouble with some urethane sealers sticking to PVC hull material (on a Nautiraid that is. Pouch likely used a PVC with different plasticizers).
I would LOOSELY fold the hull, to limit creasing of the folds. Change the folding pattern occasionally to not always have the folds at the same spot! Rolling can cause many sharp folds on the inside.

Yes sorry the sail but only the main from pouch, yes. Thanks for your answer :) For the motor : "Specifications: two-stroke gasoline engine with reverse scavenging. 1 cylinder, lying. Bore 45 mm, stroke 46 mm; Displacement 73 cc." (from faltbootbasteln)
So i think i try with sika, if that don't stay i patch :)
