It's a 230 cm - 10 longer than the Aquabound Expedition which I swapped for it - and has bigger blades. At the end of Saturday's backwater exploratory paddle (some photos in my Crumpton Creek album on the main site), I was much less fatigued, and think I got better leverage and speed out of the Dryad. Like my older and nearly worn-out Klepper paddle, this one feels almost like it exits the water with a sort of spring or bounce. What I don't like about is that it requires a little care to avoid flutter when stroked through the water.

I swapped back because my friend found the 220 cm length of the Aquabound didn't work well with his SOT, and I found that I can use 220 cm with both E68 and RZ96 (which came as a surprise). C.
