Despite the coming typhoon, I took my little folding boat with me, and made the trip to Palawan, Philippine.--some said it's one of the most wonderful place for kayaking. :D

Indigenous people use canoes with outrigger for fishing to make their livings.

There was a big handmade canoe (about 10m length)! :D

The cove was very quiet and peaceful. There were several double sit-on-top we could use, but no other boat could compare to my own folding one!

Soon I finished assembling my Feathercraft Wisper XP...

After lunch, some people prefer the hammocks. For me I liked to kayak alone more... :) just floating in the great bay, circumnavigating the many small islands, saying hello to local people...

The water was as clear as crystal, and I could see the reef beneath the surface. :P
There were flying fish skipping on the water, and herds of smaller ones rushing out of the water surface like silk threads.

Paddling in the vast and peaceful cove...

Underneath there were beautiful reefs, and you can always jump out and have a swim with species of colorful fish!

At night in the bar, the guy called me"kayak lady" 8) --he said it's the first time they ever saw someone brought her own folding boat to paddle here.
Maybe we will show them more in the future...
