So I bought an aged Klepper Aerius 2 that had been heavily used and then mortally injured on an unexpected river rapid... I decided to buy a new skin from the wonderful people at Long Haul Folding Kayaks. I've riveted new plywood where there was a need, and riveted all new rod holders. I have a set of S2 sails, and I'm figuring out what if anything is missing from the sailing setup. I'll be reading about sailing here, new territory for me--Rob

PS

I built a 10' folbot kit when I was 12. I have it and it still swims. At 6'2" and 250 lbs it will still carry me.

Greetings,
I had a Folbot Super before high school that suffered greatly while running rapids...I have ordered an A1 skin from Long Haul as well. The Long Haul people are great. I use a BSD sail rig on mine. We get together in Maine each tear to sail[/url https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l8gOaLaNgl4]
