Welcome to the forum. Please tell us more about yourself- where you live, what your kayaking experience is, what boats you own, etc.

Hi live in the UK, have been mucking about in kayaks and canoes since the 1970s, most recently an Advanced Frame inflatable and home built Canadian canoe but picked up a Klepper Aerius 1 450 from around the turn of the century last weekend as my new boat.

Welcome, and hope you enjoy your "new" Klepper. It is quite a beast but it is a great all around boat for paddling and sailing, imo. Good luck!

Well I live about as far from the sea as is possible in the UK so the Klepper is the most realistic sea going kayak for me. I'm also a sailor (mostly big boat offshore racing) so sails for the Klepper are certainly on the shopping list
