hello so I have been doing a bunch of research online and I've been trying to find a kayak that I can buy for about the $500 range I found a bunch of kayaks like the Intech's kayak that cost about 100 but they look like flimsy pool toys and then I found a bunch from advanced that look like they cost upwards of $1000 I think I'm going with the CEO but I don't really know what to choose does anyone have any suggestions I found the site here that's really helpful www.kayakerguide.com/best-inflatable-kayak/ but I'm not sure how sincere they are in their pics I don't know if it's just them trying to sell affiliate goods can anyone give me some reecommendations

The web site you mention is, in a word, worthless. By their own admission they didn’t actually test any of the boats they “review.”

Are their any good inflatables under $500? I don’t know. Sea Eagle does have a good reputation among the cheaper kayaks on the market. They’re not going to last as long as a good inflatable, but they’re better than the really cheap pool toys. I’ve paddled an Advanced Elements and wasn’t impressed. The really good inflatables I’ve tried, with reinforced fabrics, all cost over $1,000.

I've got a kaycat. The puma (kayak version) is at around 500 British Pound excl. VAT.
