Materials for repair in the UK
If you are in the UK and require adhesives for hypalon or PVC or related products for cleaning the hull/patching etc, (they don,t seem to list keel strips but they might cut them) Then look at http://www.ribstore.co.uk, you need their shop. I have just ordered from them but living off shore there might be a delivery problem for me, Mainland UK seems ok. What the products are like, i will find out. The order came ok. The adhesive is BOSTIC INFLATABLE BOAT ADHESIVE which the box says is a Polychloroprene Adhesive, it is a decent size tube. If putting keel strips on two part adhesives would probably be the best but once mixed it won,t keep, this adhesive is said to be pretty close to the two part. I also bought hull cleaner for the hypalon and a "protector" for it.This looks a lot like what i received in Canada from the Klepper dealer in Calgary and also what Kirton Kayaks (the klepper dealer in the UK) have told me the Klepper solution looks like.
Re: Materials for repair in the UK
Recently i repaired the bladder for my sevylor, where the welds ripped.
So the hunt began to find seam strips https://ribright.co.uk/product-category ... etc-first/
They fixed mine nicely
Hope it can help someone in the same position
