I live in Florida so, mildew comes with the territory. Found mildew between the spontoon and hull. Used Lysol wipes to clean the worst. To dry , first drain upside down then rightside up with a big fan and 6” fan i can direct either stern or bow.
I don’t want to use anything too caustic like bleach. Any ideas?

There’s a commercial product called Concrobium used to kill mold. You can mix up an identical solution yourself:

Mix in 1 quart warm water:

2 teaspoons Washing soda
1/8 teaspoon of trisodium phosphate (TSP)

Saturate everything and let it air dry. It’s the drying action that kills the mold. Rinse it out after.

If that doesn’t do it, use a commercial chlorine containing spray, let it sit for 10 minutes, and rinse well after.
