Valuing Nautiraid for resale

Post by Reily »

Trying to determine a $US value for selling a 1983 Nautiraid grand raid II touring kayak at a local paddlers swap this weekend - 16 1/2 ft, ash frame, excellent condition, all the parts, lots of extras. Suggestions? Thanks in advance.

A brand new one is $3995, so I'd ask $2,500 tops, and be prepared to negotiate.

Thanks for the input. Its a 1983 in great shape I'm think I will have to go below 2K. No luck at the swap will try Craigslist next.

I don't think I've seen a Nautiraid that old go for more than $900

I'm gaining a sense that somewhere between $1,000and $1500 would be the sweet spot - it's a double with lots of extras. Thanks to all for the input.
